Our “Custom Stationery” option provides a fully customizable experience for detail-oriented brides who are intentional with every design element they include in their wedding day. Our custom process provides personalized, timeless, and memorable stationery keepsakes. The custom experience allows for a variety of printing processes, paper types, shapes, custom sketches, and anything in-between. This route allows the bride to be involved in the design process, make edits, and ensure that the final product perfectly matches their vision.

THE TIMELINE

SAVE THE DATES

Creating a completely custom + cohesive wedding suite begins with your Save the Dates. We recommend sending your Save the Dates 8-10 months prior to your wedding date. Contact us 12-14 months before your wedding date to start the process.

INVITATION SUITES

We recommend sending your invitations 3-4 months in advance for a local wedding (local guests) or 4-5 months ahead for a destination wedding (out of town guests). Start the design process with us 6-8 months before your wedding date to ensure on-time delivery. Please note that it’s never too early to reach out and secure our services.

DAY-OF SIGNAGE

We can continue the cohesive wedding package with all of your day-of stationery and signage. We will begin the design process for these items 2-3 months before your wedding date as you finalize all of your day-of details.

THE PROCESS

1. INQUIRE

Fill out an initial questionnaire (above or below) describing your dream wedding stationery.

2. CONSULTATION CALL

Once you have submitted your inquiry, you will receive a contract and service selection sheet that helps detail our process and price of services. Once reviewed, we’re happy to schedule a call to talk through options or answer any questions via email.

3. GETTING STARTED

Following the signed contract and quote, we will collect an initial deposit and set you up with an account on our online portal that will be utilized throughout the remainder of the wedding design process. From the portal, you’ll receive forms to fill out for your stationery wording, envelope addresses, and initial design questionnaire.

4. DESIGN

You will receive an initial proof that will serve as the design board based on the vision you outlined in the design questionnaire. You can submit edits through our design portal and we will work through the process together to make sure we’re perfectly capturing your vision.

5. PRINTING + ASSEMBLY

We will take care of the printing and production. Your envelopes will be addressed, stuffed, and sealed (except for your keepsakes) to allow for ease of delivery.

6. DELIVERY

We will ship your items in a safely packaged box. You will receive a “Next Steps” sheet in your box that describes exactly how to handle postage and shipping.

Each piece of our custom stationery is thoughtfully designed from scratch to reflect your unique love story and bring your wedding vision to life. Because every suite is tailored to your specific needs, pricing can vary. As a general starting point, custom suites begin at $950 for a set of 100. Once you submit an inquiry through our form, you'll receive a detailed service selection sheet. This allows you to explore all available offerings and make personalized choices with transparent pricing.
